The bait is 2" long and made of plastic. It has silver sides with a black back and orange belly. It is truely a one-of-a-kind.

Early Lures with "Blue Eyes"235 viewsIn the "Devels" series color charts the color Dragon Fly started out with a Red eye and quickly changed to Blue. It retained the Blue eye into the "Devils" series. All the "Devels" series and the "Devils" series up to 1965 had the color Pearl and Black Shiner with Black eyes. Yet here we have a Scooter with Old hardware and a Devels Warhorse with Blue eyes. Then we now have a Jack Sprat with Old hardware in White with Black stripes with Blue eyes which I have never seen on that color.
