"Scooter"65 viewsThis is a great lure. It is stamped "Scooter" and comes in a very old color. One of two things. Either it is stamped incorrectly or it is older than the 2" Sccoter, the MA Scooter and the PA Scooter. If this is the case it just carried the name Scooter. I am guessing that this is the color Chinkapin Bream from the early 1950's. It also has a pointed spinner rather than the round bow tie spinner that all the other PA Scooters have. It has the old heavy hook hanger. The shape of the body is also a little different. Jul 13, 2009

The Pa Scooter has a 4" wood body which is flat on the bottom. It has one small rounded spinner on the rear. It has two hooks. It has factory installed rubber strands placed through the middle creating legs.

The small end of the oval eyes are facing the front of the lure instead of the tail. It comes with the correctly marked 1 1/4" cardboard box. The Pa Scooter has a 4" wood body which is flat on the bottom. It has one small rounded spinner on the rear. It has two hooks.
