Devels Era Rooters8 viewsThese rooters were produced sometime between 1956 - 1962. The first two are cataloged lures. The first is a S-400 Snake Head which shows up on the 1962 identification chart. The second one is the S-400 Devels Horse Rooter and it shows up on the 1960- 1962 charts.
The last two are not in the charts. The third one down uses the F-100 Devels Horse blank and the last one uses the F-200 Devels Horse Blank. They are both stamped... Devels Horse Rooter. Jun 12, 2010

Devels Horse Rooter.4 viewsThis is a picture of both the lure and the box. This Rooter uses the same blank as the F-200 Devels Horse. The lure is stamped "Devels Horse Rooter". It came in a 2 piece box. It is the eariler box which is 1 1/4" high. Later boxes were only 1" high. The box is stamped C-1508 Devels Horse Rooter. It is the color #8 Shad.Apr 06, 2010
